Hello, friends! Thank you so much for stopping by! I created Cozy Up with Coco as a way to share my love for all things comfy & cozy! My husband Nate, along with our dog Gemma and our cat Kitty reside just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I am a full-time licensed Realtor, and one of the best parts of my job is having the opportunity to see what others do to make their house a home. I am not just passionate about selling real estate–I am passionate about all things that make a house a “home.” I love everything that makes a home cozy–from the smell of chocolate chip cookies in the oven to a perfectly decorated living room.

A few fun facts: I am a proud Duquesne graduate, a former gymnast, a yoga enthusiast, a #1 Harry Potter fan and what my husband calls a “maximalist” which is his definition of the “opposite of a minimalist.” I am hoping to master the art of letting things go through this blog. Maybe you will learn a thing or two with me!

Since my job allows me to work from home quite often, I am always looking for new ways to keep my home organized in the cutest way possible. I may not always keep it organized but I try very hard. My husband and I love to cook together so I hope you will enjoy some our favorite recipes. We are also first-time homebuyers so I will be sharing our do’s and don’t’s when it comes to home renovations and DIY. Nate might even pop in for a post or two!

It’s actually a great story how my husband and I met. I will write about it in the future…but long story short, Nate and I met through my best friend, Aly. Nate and Aly are actually cousins, and I met Nate while acting as Aly’s maid of honor at her wedding! We went on our first date a week later, and four years later, we were married!

Our wedding day!

Nate is truly my reason for being in real estate, and my reason for starting a blog. He is my biggest supporter and my best friend. He supported me financially and emotionally when I began my spontaneous career in real estate, and I always know he will be open minded to any crazy ideas I have!

I am so excited to share my passions with you and I hope you enjoy visiting my blog. Please feel free to leave feedback or suggestions on content you’d like to see!
